My Background
Personal Profile
I was born and raised in the heart of South Austin and ultimately became a product of my environment. My mother built her business on Videography, and my brother on lyricism, fostering a household that valued creativity and innovation. As a result, I expressed myself through written work, illustration, and photography. At the age of thirteen, I was embarking on professional-level photography gigs and tasked with post-production projects using Adobe editing software. I have gone on to explore other avenues of artistic expression.

Since then, I have attained skills that range from traditional drawing methods to digital marketing and graphic design. The common denominator between all of my work is my passion for story-telling, communication, and encouraging understanding.
In tone, my work reflects my love for drama, intensity, and impact. In content however, what I value most in art is contemplation and discovery. It is my personal belief that these elements come most successfully from true vulnerability.

In my work, I tap into the thoughts and experiences that bring forth confusion or misunderstanding and attempt to make meaning from the act of creation. With language, I explore absurdism and blatancy to investigate the emotions beneath the external story and hopefully, find a place of understanding with the reader.
